Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing to GSCA via e-mail at tammyseldon@giantscreencinema.com or fax at 540-872-3906. Cancellations received before July 24 are subject to a $150 USD cancellation fee. Cancellations received between July 24 and September 3 will receive a refund of half the registration fees paid. Regrettably, no refunds will be issued after September 3 for any reason.
